What are they used for? Are they even worth anything right now?

Do you mean SO-DIMM as in laptop memory?

There should be labels providing the part number.

Do they look like this?

Apparently not - it would seem that Mini DIMM are real things, according to Wikipedia, aside from SODIMM.

Down at the bottom, under "form factors," it mentions them in passing...
No idea what they're used for though.
Apparently, Molex also makes connectors. Molex apparently anticipates that they'll be "widely adopted" o.0 It seems as though they're a type of memory form factor which offers greater stability than SODIMM with much the same size. But that's just what it says on their webpage.

It seems to me like they're used in enterprise applications. With a little google-fu, I ended up on the page of a Cisco route processor that uses it. This one specifically. There are probably others as well. But the kit I found ([ame="http://www.amazon.com/4X4GB-ASR1K-RP2-Memory-Upgrade-M-ASR1K-RP2-16GB/dp/B004FVXKR0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1314344265&sr=1-1"]here[/ame]) is quite expensive, and of a higher density than the sticks you have.

You don't know what there for.
You don't know if there worth anything at all.

Yet you bought 35 of them.
& apparently, paid a good amount of money for them.

Very strange!
When it was listed. It said it was laptop memory. I believed in that until i checked on the model number/code and it wasnt.

i used the model number on the product page you linked. Apparently these sell for ~700 for 4x2GB. This seller http://www.ebay.com/itm/M-ASR1K-RP2-8GB-8GB-memory-Cisco-ASR-1000-RP2-Approved-/200387279733?pt=COMP_EN_Networking_Components&hash=item2ea8033b75#ht_1850wt_1187

But im not even sure if they are the same.

If it was listed as laptop memory & its not. You should be able to file a claim & get a refund of your money you paid.
Contact Ebay about it. The sooner you file the better.
