Thats where I found the advmethods and forceasm flags! ( didnt look to hard, but I'm glad you found the actual link!)
Good find Rain! BTW, -advmethods -forceasm has REALLY upped my production, I'm actually hitting more high pointers, and they are going relatively fast! Cant wait to get the laptop back to folding!

does folding go off your benchmarks...i have only been folding for a short time and have already recieved 3 high pointers. They take forever like 6-7 min. a frame and are 400 frames long. I don't leave my computers running 24/7 which is why i am still on the bottom of the scale somewhat. I was just wondering why i keep revieving the large ones?

as seen below. Here is the link to the faq page http://folding.stanford.edu/faq.html How long does it take to finish a work unit? How do you measure a work unit? This varies, of course, on the speed of the computer and the size of the protein under study. Depending on the protein and the property studied, different size work units may be used. The project summary page has information on particular proteins' sizes and the deadline allotted each for completion.
